Malicious Postinstall Hook Found Across 700+ GitHub Repositories, Including Packagist and Node.js Projects
Socket researchers identified a coordinated supply chain campaign affecting eight packages on Packagist whose upstream repositories were modified to include the same malicious postinstall script.
